- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was told that I couldn't withdraw money from my Social Security savings account unless I opened an account with them. They said I could use their ATM and pay their fee but not at the teller's window. I have been through hundreds of small towns without a problem getting cash as I needed it. The Federal Government issued me the card and I've used it for everything. Not here! They are the only bank in town and let me know that I should not spend my money in Quartzsite but continue on to California where tourists are welcome. I wonder what other insane business practices they have? I certainly would not trust them with my banking needs.By Kathryn Casey, April 12, 2017
